A successful professional sailor combined with a technical background including sailmaker, sail designer, rigger and boatbuilder. An experienced coach who has worked with (youth)Olympic teams. The focus of a coach is to help identify the team strengths and weaknesses, to make a program and training exercise to efficiently improve the weaknesses and enhance the strengths. This can range from technical boat rigging or tuning, physical- or mental preparation as individual or in team situation.
